What Active Adults Are Saying

Real stories from people who came in stuck and left with a plan they could actually follow.

Ryan is a super informed but casual guy, very comfortable with being honest with him and receiving the same in return. He’s helped me rehab a mild hip injury and return to heavy squats in 2 months or less with essentially no pain. We’ve also worked on increasing my limited ankle mobility that has hindered the hip as well. Ryan has also worked closely with my powerlifting coach to establish an augmented program for me to incorporate some rehab work into my everyday lifting routine. Progress has been pretty consistent and significant assuming you follow his instruction!

I shattered my lower left leg in 2020. The injury was so bad I got compartment syndrome in all 4 quadrants of my lower leg. It took 6 surgeries to save & repair my leg. 5 years later, after I had plateaued from slowly getting strength back in my left leg, my daughter convinced me to try a single 1 hour session with Ryan. My daughter had been so impressed with the help she got from Ryan for her back issues, that she was certain Ryan could help me with my leg. Ryan took the time to evaluate what I was able to do and what I wanted to do in the future. He told me how he could set up workouts for me on his training app and we could continue to improve my leg strength even while I was traveling, which I do a lot of. I am still working with Ryan because my leg has gotten significantly stronger and more flexible since I began working with him 1 year ago. I am so impressed with the improvements I have made in this last year with Ryan's help, compared to the progress I had made in the previous 4 years.

Would give an 11/10 if I could. Ryan is the best in the business and truly cares about his patients. He’s excellent at diagnosing symptoms and proving solutions that will actually work. Could not reccomend this practice more

Frequently Asked Questions

Here's what people usually want to know before booking their first session.

Do I have to stop training completely?

No. We modify training load and intensity based on your current tolerance, so you can keep moving while you build capacity. The goal is smart progression, not complete rest.

How soon can I get back to full training?

Timelines vary based on your situation, training history, and how your body responds. We reassess regularly and adjust the plan to match your progress rather than rushing a predetermined schedule.

What makes this different from typical PT?

We build plans around your sport and training demands, not generic protocols. You'll get progressive loading, movement retraining, and clear guidance on how to modify and advance your workouts.

Can you work around my training schedule?

Yes. We design plans that fit your life and training calendar. Sessions are structured to complement what you're already doing, not replace it.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Wear athletic clothing you can move in. Bring a list of your current training activities and any questions about your pain or limitations.

Still have questions?

Request an appointment and we'll follow up to confirm fit and schedule your first visit.
