Physical Therapy For Athletes And Active Adults
Injuries are going to happen, but we're here to help. The first steps you take after being injured are crucial.
-
Following an injury, the sooner that you see us, the quicker you can get on the path to feeling better.
-
We understand the fear that goes with getting hurt. The fear of missing out.
-
No matter what your passion is whether it be weight lifting, running, cycling, or any other physical pursuit, we can help you get back to it.
-
It's making sure that you're in the right place that makes all the difference.

Your injuries and goals matter to us.
We don't like to be sidelined from our fitness routine or lives either.
1. Schedule A Free Consultation
This is your starting point. On this 15 minute phone call, you'll talk to Dr. Ryan (yes, you get to speak with the provider before coming in for an appointment). We want to know your story and from there, we can determine how we can help you on your journey to get out of pain and back to what you love.
2. Book And Attend Your Evaluation
The phone call is just the beginning. From there, we schedule your initial evaluation. It will be the most thorough healthcare appointment you'll ever have and you'll walk away with a customized plan of action based on your injury and your goals.
3. Execute The Plan & Get Back To What You Love
The hard part is over and now we execute the plan that we outlined during your initial evaluation. It's time to work with your PT to get out of pain and back to the things that you love. We're with you every step of the way as you are able to contact your provider directly via text and email.
